Physical
Fitness, energy, recovery, performance. Routines that survive a hard week and a packed quarter.
The quiet edge of working with someone who actually runs the playbook he's teaching — through the hard weeks, not just the highlight reel.
Filipe Dusi is a finance professional, entrepreneur, and Senior Loan Officer with nearly two decades of experience in sales, lending, and consumer finance.
Originally from Curitiba, Brazil, Filipe earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Business Administration from Universidade do Paraná before building his career in the United States financial industry. Today he serves clients across multiple states as a Senior Loan Officer with Pennymac, helping homeowners and families better understand debt, mortgages, refinancing, cash flow, and long-term financial planning.
Beyond finance, Filipe is passionate about personal development, discipline, fitness, and helping people build stronger lives in every area — physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially.
A few principles that shape every conversation — whether the topic is a refinance, a training program, or a hard week.
Most people chase the feeling of freedom and end up trapped. Real freedom — over your time, your body, your money — is built through disciplined inputs that compound quietly for years before anyone notices.
Sleep affects spending. Cardio affects confidence. Debt affects relationships. You can't fix one pillar in isolation — and you don't have to fix them all at once either. The work is sequenced.
No yelling, no fake urgency, no rented-Lambo aesthetics. The work is the brand. If something I'm telling you isn't something I'd do myself on a Tuesday morning, I won't tell you to do it.
The most valuable thing a coach can do is tell you the truth — including the parts you didn't sign up to hear. Plain English, written down, so you can come back to it when the noise gets loud.
Five domains. Each can be a starting point. None should be the only one.
Fitness, energy, recovery, performance. Routines that survive a hard week and a packed quarter.
Stress management, focus, productivity. The discipline to keep showing up when nothing feels exciting.
Relationships, communication, resilience, self-awareness. The hardest reps and the highest payoff.
Purpose, gratitude, intentional living. Not religion — orientation. Knowing what the work is for.
Cash flow, debt, mortgages, credit. The freedom to make decisions without money making them for you.
Bachelor of Science in Finance, minor in Business Administration — Universidade do Paraná. The early reps in discipline, structure, and the finance fundamentals that still anchor the work today.
Building a career across sales, lending, and consumer finance in the U.S. — learning what actually moves people from interest to action, and what actually keeps a homeowner financially healthy over a thirty-year horizon.
NMLS ID #2492338. Helping homeowners across multiple states optimize mortgages, refinances, and overall debt structure. Day job — but also a front-row seat to how families actually navigate the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
The financial work is one pillar. The full mission — coaching, content, and community around physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual performance — is the bigger one. This site is the front door.
Coaching is only as honest as the coach's own routine. The training, the lifts, the budget, the long Sundays — same playbook I run on myself.
The mission is to help people create momentum, improve their lives, and become the strongest version of themselves. Everything I do — mortgages, coaching, content — is in service of that.
If something on this page resonated — the discipline, the discipline-of-discipline, or just the idea of someone in your corner who actually lives it — let's talk.
